if you are having troubles with this version,
macintosh : click and hold on the audio or av link and save it to your desktop.
double click on the file on your desktop (audio.mov or av.mov)
pc : right click on the link
save file
open the file using quicktime player
if you are still having problems, try setting the edit > preferences > streaming proxy > streaming transport setting to http port 80
