    (which has a great park with heaps of bicycles and really bad coffee)
           ¥       the club is small with seats and chairs much like a cabaret
                   club or something.                    .                  <

                            hoahio   are up first...pop music off the deep end     //
michiyo yagi is a fully trained koto player              who sings along with haco
while  playing a  fluoro stringed koto    .     fantastic stuff        « «
  ..
    eX-girl           are even further off the wall....playing girl rock at volume
in costume...singing operatic style          and well rockin
   (the drummerplays standing, in extremely high heals)

    >         . .            at the club it is the first time i really notice the
 audience members
   who are recording the performance to mini-disc   .   at every gig there are
             at least 3-4 people who record the set...mic in hand or sitting on their
     table next to the one drink they can afford    \\
   (¥700 for a bottle of heinkein)                                          .                
        it happened at all the gigs.

if the music is played someone has recorded it .      
    sound become everyone¹s....   you've paid ¥3000 to get in
           might as well take something home                                  .
                   ...what a collection to have. the obsessive fan documenting every outing...
